Ritz Apartments

The revitalized building spans over 15,000m² and includes a restaurant and bar, a total of 128 apartments with spacious balconies that are a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom dwellings, and secured basement with parking for 110 vehicles and bike parking. Two lifts and two internal fire stairs service all apartments and car parking levels.

DCON Painting worked along Ireland Brown Construction to complete this complex project. The building contains nine levels of apartments spaces with ground floor retail areas. 

Painted Feature’s included:

• Texture coating membrane completed to pre-cast.
• Floor coatings including multiple sealers and epoxy. 
• Painting to heritage internals.
