Drysdale Integrated Children’s Centre

DCON Painting & Sons completed this project alongside Lyons Construction.

Two level building with a gross floor area of 2100m2. The Structure is made of of concrete slab on ground, insitu concrete columns and a suspended concrete first floor slab.The roof predominately timber construction with some steel members. The facade is a mix of face brick, CFC, Barestone, Cemintel and Timber-look cladding. The roof is metal deck. External works include three large outdoor playground areas and a car park. The proposed site is greenfield. The project has been designed and has been constructed to achieve a 5 Star standard.

Painted Features include:

• Limewash to internal feature timber wall linings.
• Cutek oil wood stains to internal woodwork.
• Epoxy Floors.
• Anti-graffiti coating to external brickwork.
