A new purpose-built facility including:

Two dedicated Kindergarten x rooms, three licenced spaces each for long Day Care, Kindergarten and Occasional Care services, built in a manner to have flexible uses in the short- and long-term. Two MCH consulting spaces, two consulting rooms. Staff work space separate from the licensed kindergarten rooms. A large Community Room that can be divided in two with operable walls. Community Kitchen facility, Storage space, amenities. External licensed play spaces. Landscaping as specified, including all hard surfaces, tree planting, soft landscaping, furniture and lighting
